How does Castly vet talent?
Every profile is reviewed by our team before it can be booked. We confirm identity, check experience and review portfolios, and we keep reviewing profiles as talent complete bookings on the platform.
What does my account manager do?
Your account manager is your single point of contact. They take your brief, source and shortlist talent, coordinate availability and call times, and manage agreements and payments through to completion.
How are contracts and payments handled?
Each booking has one agreement covering fees, schedule and usage rights. Fees are held securely once a booking is confirmed and released to talent after you approve the work, so both sides are protected.
How quickly can you share a shortlist?
Timelines depend on the brief, but your account manager will confirm a delivery date as soon as the details are agreed. Urgent briefs can be prioritised.
Do you handle usage rights and licensing?
Yes. Usage terms such as media, territory and duration are agreed upfront and written into the booking agreement, so there is no ambiguity after the shoot.
Which cities do you cover?
We book talent across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and across the wider GCC for campaigns that need it.
What does it cost to use Castly?
Creating a brand account is free. Talent fees and any service fees are confirmed with you upfront, before anything is booked.
For talent
Who can join Castly?
Models, actors, presenters, voice artists, content creators, dancers and other performers based in the UAE or GCC. Every profile is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
Is the Castly app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and there are no fees to create a profile or apply to campaigns.
How do I get verified?
Create your profile in the app and add your portfolio and details. Our team reviews it and may contact you to confirm your identity or experience.
When do I get paid?
Your fee is secured once you are booked and released after the brand approves the work. You can track every payment in the Payments tab.
Do I need an agent?
No. You can apply and get booked directly. If you are represented, you can still use Castly and let your agent manage bookings with you.
Can I list more than one skill?
Yes. Add every category you work in, such as modelling and acting, and you will see relevant briefs for each.
